Service Warranty

Aqua Care Solar LLC (ACS) warrants all repairs and installation services (workmanship only) for a period not to exceed one (1) year from the date of repair/installation completion. All new parts and equipment supplied by ACS and utilized in the repair/installations process carry specific manufacturers’ warranty and will be covered to their respective terms.

This warranty applies to workmanship on equipment we have serviced and new equipment that we have installed and provides homeowners with coverage against workmanship or installation errors or construction defects on a system. A construction defect is generally defined as a defect in the design, the workmanship, and/or in the materials or systems used on a project that results in a failure of a component of the system and causes damage to the system, a person or property. This warranty does not apply to systems and equipment that we have serviced that has failed as a result of its fatigue from its late design-life expectancy. The design life of a component or product is the period of time during which the item is expected by its designers to work within its specified parameters; in other words, the life expectancy of the item. It is the length of time between placement into service of a single item and that item's onset of "wear out".

All warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval by ACS.
